Learn the concept of marketing, marketing process, marketplace, and customer value in this course. Topics include the marketing mixes (4Ps): product, price, place, and promotion. We will also cover Issues relating to building customer value, new product development and lifecycle strategies, pricing strategies, marketing channels, and integrated marketing communication strategies.
